That’s the A’s current record with Conor Jackson on the team. Of course they are 0-1 in games he has started, but that’s not his fault.

Taking Advantage

Good baseball teams take advantage of other teams’ mistakes and capitalize when given extra outs to play with.
The A’s, who sometimes don’t look like a good baseball team, fortunately looked like one last night, as they took advantage of four Cub errors on the way to a 9-5 win.

What an ugly weekend. I mean, the weather looked nice and it seemed like a beautiful weekend to spend in the Bay Area. But it was indeed an ugly weekend for the A’s.
