Well I guess when the A’s aren’t playing the Mariners, they still can’t score many runs.
They scratched across one run off Justin Verlander, which wasn’t nearly enough to get Dallas Braden a win. Braden’s 2 earned runs in six innings ended up getting him a loss.

With last night’s win, the A’s are 15-7 when playing at home. They’re 5-13 on the road, leaving them at an even 20-20 on the season.
